At The Junior League – we don’t assume we have the answers on how to make the biggest impact. We roll up our sleeves, embed ourselves into understanding the challenges facing our community, develop our members into community leaders, and enact specific programs and initiatives to help fill gaps and address needs in current community efforts.

Currently, the Junior League of Racine is focusing on lifting childhood literacy rates in Racine County – a generational challenge that impacts the long-term health and success of our community.
