Founded in 1901 by New Yorker and social activism pioneer Mary Harriman, The Junior Leagues are charitable nonprofit organizations of women, developed as civic leaders, making a demonstrable impact on their communities.

The Junior League of Racine, founded in 1916, is one of the oldest active Leagues in the world.

The core of our mission is advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Our unique league experience is a transformative journey, molding women into thoughtful and seasoned leaders.
